Just a few pics from Vacation

Norah's first experience on the sand.
I call this picture "Retro-Beach-Baby".

Here is Jordan standing by a cannon at Ft. Pulaski. His favorite part of the vacation.

Hanging out in Savannah! Beautiful City, wonderful buildings, brilliant colors, lots to work with!

Tee-Ball Picture

My little man is growing up! I have so many great shots of him from playing tee-ball this year. This is one of my favorites! Their team won Championship in their division.

Jordan is looking forward to playing again next spring. He is wanting to play Soccer this fall. I will post some more pictures soon!

When Opportunity Does Not Knock

I once heard a saying that has stuck with me and helps me to get through the really tough times. And, on those days that you feel like you just don't have the time to get anything done or to spend with family or friends....Or, the work is mounting high and the laundry is piled up and you just feel overwhelmed like you are never going to get to these things:

Well, the saying is this "When Opportunity Doesn't Knock....Build a DOOR!" And, I use this saying in my prayer sometimes: "God please help to build a door today in my life, for the opportunity to get the things done I need to get done and to spend time with the people that I love.~Amen".

So, when you feel overwhelmed...Build a DOOR and try to live by it. It gets hard but remember, God is on your side.
